A 41-year-old man has been charged with providing alcohol to a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, who was involved in a fatal accident. Timothy McLaughlin is expected to be arraigned on 13 July on these charges, which could lead to a maximum sentence of one year in prison and a $2,500 fine.
